You can pick up your order at our shop in Warsaw Mon-Fr 10-18, Sat 10-14. Generally, all orders are ready to pick up during the same working day.

We deliver shipping throughout Poland via the InPost courier company. All orders are shipped within 2 working days after order has been placed.

International parcels are shipped via express courier company with parcel tracking. All orders are shipped within 2 working days after order has been placed. We don't ship to Belarus and russia

We deliver shipping to Ukraine via the NovaPoshta courier company. All orders are shipped within 2 working days after order has been placed.

• Orders can be returned within 14 days after day of receiving.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Shipping costs back to us are covered by customer
• Charges for additional services (lubing, modding) won't be returned.
• Products with custom services (engraving, branding, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom modified items (keycaps or keyboard with engraving, tuned switches, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you have any questions, contact us in a preferred way.

All keyboards are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for one year from the date of purchase and a 2-year warranty from the seller. It is enough to have a receipt or purchase invoice to submit a warranty issue. The warranty does not cover:

• Items with compromised warranty seals (not all items have them)
• Problems caused by misuse or abuse of the product (intentional and not)
• Unauthorized intervention — including repairs performed during the warranty period by an unauthorized person or entity
• Water and other liquid damage
• Mechanical damages
• Wear and tear due to regular use
• Modifications. Changing keycaps, switches, and stabilizers in a hotswap keyboard is not considered modding and does not affect the warranty (unless it causes mechanical damage). However, flashing firmware, adding extra components (foam, custom plates, etc.) into your device will void the warranty
• Damage caused by natural disasters
• Damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the electrical network, or incorrect connection to the electrical network
• Damage to electronic components caused by improper use of software or third-party software
